This song was written by Judson W. Van de Venter while he was conducting a meeting at East Palestine, Ohio. For some time, he had struggled between developing his talents in the field of art or going into full-time evangelistic work. He says: At last my hour came, and I surrendered all. Then a new day was ushered into his life. He became an evangelist and discovered down deep in his soul a talent unknown. God had hidden a song in his heart.

Esta canção foi escrita por Judson W. Van de Venter enquanto ministrava uma reunião na Palestina Oriental em Ohio. Durante algum tempo, havia tentado muito desenvolver seus talentos no campo da arte ou no evangelismo em tempo integral. Ele disse: Afinal minha hora chegou, e Tudo Entregarei.
